近日,笔者在组织官兵熟悉县城水源道路,对消火栓进行检查时,发现消火检的完好状况令人担忧,万一发生火灾急需使用消火检进行灭火时,如此消火栓怎能保障安全?笔者拍摄到“病态”消火栓的几组镜头:镜头一:安装的消火栓成了摆设,用手一拉竟离开地面。镜头二:如此安装的消火栓,消防车如何吸水?镜头三:消防队员检查消火栓时,消火栓内竟然没有水。镜头四:消火栓顶盖不翼而飞,消火栓出水口被“活埋”。
