真空辅助轻油卸车工艺的应用

分析了离心泵接卸铁路轻油槽车出现管路气阻和泵抽空的原因,介绍了通过采用真空辅助轻油卸车工艺控制集气罐内真空度、调节卸油管路最高点和离心泵入口两处绝对压力、消除管路气阻和泵抽空的过程。对真空辅助轻油卸车工艺与正压卸车工艺进行了比较,结果表明,前者安全性高、能耗低、操作方便,具有推广应用价值。 The reason of pipe air resistance and pump evacuation appeared in light truck tanker with light pump was analyzed.
