建立了以ZorbaxSIL柱,二氯甲烷+甲醇为流动相的高效液相色谱法测定利收在大豆及土壤中的残留动态。大豆植株、青豆和大豆籽粒样品最低检出浓度为0008mg/kg,土壤样品为0004mg/kg,方法回收率为8720%~9476%。利收在大豆植株和土壤中半衰期分别为2d和26d,最终残留量均低于检测极限。
A method for the determination of residual income of Soybean and soil by high performance liquid chromatography with Zorbax SIL column and dichloromethane + methanol as mobile phase was established. The minimum detectable concentration of soybean, green bean and soybean was 0008mg / kg for soil samples and 0004mg / kg for soil samples, and the recoveries were 8720% ~ 9476%. The half-lives of Lee harvest in soybean plants and soil were 2d and 26d, respectively. The final residues were below the limit of detection.
