水利部主持的全国第二次城市供水水源规划工作会议于1992年10月14日至17日在上海嘉定召开,来自全国各省厅、部分市水利局、流域机构、高校及科研机构共107人出席了会议,有论文、材料28份参加了交流。开幕式上,宣读了水利部严克强副部长的书面讲话,水资源司吴国昌司长作了“大力加强城市供水基础产业,全面开展城市供水水源规划工作”的工作报告,总结各省、区缺水城市及水利部着重抓的7个城市水源规划工作的主要经验,提出了进一步开展城市供水水源规划工作的意见和主要措施。与会人员呼吁各级领导在人力、财力
The second national water supply water source planning work conference hosted by the Ministry of Water Resources was held in Jiading, Shanghai from October 14th to 17th, 1992. A total of 107 people from all provinces and departments, water resources bureaus, river basin agencies, universities and research institutions from across the country attended the conference. At the conference, 28 papers and materials were included in the exchange. At the opening ceremony, a written statement by Deputy Minister of Ministry of Water Resources Yan Keqiang was read out. The Secretary of Water Resources Secretary Wu Guochang made a report on “Strengthening the urban water supply basic industry and fully carrying out the urban water supply planning work”, summarizing the shortage of water in all provinces and regions. The main experience of water resources planning work of the seven cities that the Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of Water Resources focused on put forward the opinions and major measures for the further development of urban water supply water source planning work.
