背景:前列腺增生目前有很多的治疗方法,但寻找中药灌肠剂治疗的实验支持数据尚不多。目的:观察复方贝龙灌肠剂对实验性大鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。设计:随机对照前瞻性研究。地点和对象:实验在西安交通大学第二医院中西医结合科完成。对象为SD品系雄性大白鼠70只,体质量(240±10)g,由陕西省中医药研究院实验动物中心提供。干预:制作前列腺增生大鼠模型,采用随机数字表法将大鼠分为对照组和不同浓度给药组,分别给予复方贝龙灌肠剂10.8,5.4,2.7g/kg治疗,阳性对照组给癃闭舒胶囊内容物0.3g/kg,观察大鼠前列腺增生抑制作用。主要观察指标:血清睾丸酮及前列腺湿质量和前列腺指数的变化。结果:模型组与对照组比较,前列腺质量及指数均显著增加,模型组和治疗组(2.7g/kg)前列腺湿质量分别为(597.8±101.1)mg和(374.2±49.7)mg,血清睾酮浓度分别为(65.978±2.380)μg/L和(53.948±52.819)μg/L,前列腺指数分别为2.33±0.4和1.41±0.2,复方贝龙灌肠剂可减轻大鼠前列腺的湿质量(t=6.16,P<0.01),明显抑制大鼠前列腺增生,降低大鼠的睾酮水平(t=10.72,P<0.01)。结论:复方贝龙灌肠剂对前列腺增生大鼠具有预防和治疗作用。
Background: There are currently many treatments for BPH, but there are few experimental support data for the search for Chinese medicine enema treatment. Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of compound Beilong Enema on experimental rat prostatic hyperplasia. Design: Randomized controlled prospective study. Location and Object: The experiment was completed in the Department of Integrative Medicine of Xi’an Jiaotong University Second Hospital. The subjects were 70 male SD rats with a body weight of (240 ± 10) g, provided by the Experimental Animal Center of the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Intervention: A rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was established. The rats were divided into control group and different concentration administration groups by random number table method. The rats were given compound Beilong enema 10.8, 5.4, and 2.7 g/kg, and the positive control group was given Close the content of capsule 0.3g/kg, observe the inhibition of prostate hyperplasia. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Changes of serum testosterone and prostatic wet weight and prostate index. Results: Compared with the control group, the prostate mass and index were significantly increased in the model group. The wet weight of the prostate in the model group and the treatment group (2.7g/kg) was (597.8±101.1) mg and (374.2±49.7) mg, respectively. Serum testosterone concentration They were (65.978±2.380) μg/L and (53.948±52.819) μg/L, respectively, and the prostate indices were 2.33±0.4 and 1.41±0.2, respectively. Compound berlone enema can reduce the wet weight of rat prostate (t=6.16, P<0.01), significantly inhibited the benign prostatic hyperplasia and reduced the testosterone level in rats (t=10.72, P<0.01). Conclusion: Compound Beilong enema has preventive and therapeutic effects on rats with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
