分析了工业控制系统中常用的研华ADAM 4000系列模块与计算机之间的通信协议,以及组态软件读取研华ADAM 4000系列模块的通信过程,在以单片机为核心的自主仪器中采用了研华ADAM 4000系列模块的部分通信协议,实现了自主仪器模拟ADAM模块与组态软件的通信,该方法为解决自行设计仪器与组态软件接口问题,提出了一种技术简单、方便易行的解决途径。
The communication protocol between Advantech ADAM 4000 series module and computer, which is commonly used in industrial control system, is analyzed. The communication process of Advantech ADAM 4000 series module is read by configuration software. Advantech ADAM 4000 is adopted in the independent instrument with SCM as its core. A series of communication protocols are implemented in the module to realize the communication between the ADAM module and the configuration software. The method solves the problem of designing the interface between the instrument and the configuration software by itself, and presents a solution with simple technology and convenient operation.
