近几年来,河北省徐水县社会保险统筹发展较快,初步形成了全民企业职工养老保险和失业保险社会统筹以及集体企业职工养老保险系统统筹的社会保障体系。全民企业职工养老保险从1986年开始实行了县级统筹,到1989年纳入地区统筹,去年实行了省级统筹。社会保险统筹的发展,有效地缓解了不同行业、不同企业离退休人员费用畸轻畸重的现象,对提高企业竞争能力,促进经济协调、稳定发展发挥了重要作用。目前,全县参加养老保险社会统筹的全民企、事业单位已由1986年的68个发展到78个,在职职工达3360人,离退休人员843人。养老保险基金滚存积累148.96万元,失业保险基金滚存积累4O.3万元。二轻系统和商业局综合公司等3O多个集体企业职工养老保险实行了系统统筹和县级统筹,统筹职工2754人,基金滚存积累14.55万元。
