以“翠甜”厚皮甜瓜为试材,采用砂培法,以改良的Hoagland完全营养液配方为基准配方,设置0、5、10、15、20、25mmol·L~(-1) 6个氮素水平,研究了不同氮素水平对热区设施厚皮甜瓜生长发育及光合特性的影响。结果表明:当氮素水平在10mmol·L~(-1)时,节位数、最大叶宽、最大叶长、茎粗、叶片数、果长、果宽、种腔宽、肉厚、单果鲜干质量、叶绿体色素含量、净光合速率达到最大值。随着氮素水平的增加中心糖糖度先增加后降低,在氮素水平为15mmol·L~(-1)时中心糖糖度最大。
With “Cui Tian” thick-skinned muskmelon as the test material, the sand culture method was adopted, the modified Hoagland complete nutrient solution formulation was used as the reference formulation, and 0,5,10,15,20,25 mmol·L -1 6 nitrogen levels. The effects of different nitrogen levels on the growth and photosynthesis of muskmelon in hot zone were studied. The results showed that when the nitrogen level was 10 mmol·L -1, the number of nodes, the maximum leaf width, the maximum leaf length, the stem diameter, the number of leaves, the fruit length, the fruit width, the seed width, the flesh thickness, Fresh-dried quality, chloroplast pigment content, net photosynthetic rate reached its maximum. With the increase of nitrogen level, the sugar content in the center first increased and then decreased, and the sugar content in the center was the highest at the nitrogen level of 15 mmol·L -1.
