目的分析2010-2014年兰州市妇幼卫生工作核心指标变化趋势,解析死亡现状和危险因素,旨在引导社会各界更加关注妇女儿童健康,营造有利于妇幼卫生事业发展的良好氛围。方法对2010-2014年兰州市妇幼卫生行政年报表、业务年报表中相关资料及孕产妇死亡情况、儿童死亡情况、出生缺陷情况进行回顾性评价分析。结果 2010-2014年兰州市妇幼保健机构人员中,卫生专业技术人员2014年较2010年增加了4.94%,其中高级人员2014年较2010年增加了25.12%、中级人员增加了0.94%、初级人员下降了11.16%。孕产妇产前检查率、产后访视率、系统管理率、住院分娩率2014年较2010年分别上升了0.92%、3.93%、2.08%、0.53%;孕产妇死亡率、早期新生儿死亡率、新生儿死亡率、婴儿死亡率、5岁以下儿童死亡率分别下降了40.90%、40.70%、30.43%、26.11%、21.17%。兰州市妇女病筛查率及疾病检出率2014年较2010年分别上升了31.05%和4.59%。强制婚检取消造成婚检率和疾病检出率2014年较2010年分别下降55.04%和30.64%;出生缺陷儿发生率2014年较2010年上升40.25%。结论 2010-2014年兰州市妇幼保健工作有了明显提高。
Objective To analyze the change trend of the core indicators of maternal and child health in Lanzhou City from 2010 to 2014 and analyze the status quo of death and risk factors so as to guide the community to pay more attention to the health of women and children and create a good atmosphere conducive to the development of MCH cause. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the maternal and child health administrative annual reports and the annual reports in 2010-2014 in Lanzhou, as well as maternal deaths, child deaths and birth defects. Results Among the MCH staff in Lanzhou in 2010-2014, the number of health professionals increased by 4.94% from 2014 to 2010, of which senior officers increased by 25.12% from 2014 to 2010, while the mid-level staff increased by 0.94% while the junior staff decreased 11.16%. The rate of prenatal checkup, postpartum visit rate, system management rate and hospital delivery rate increased by 0.92%, 3.93%, 2.08% and 0.53% respectively in 2014 compared with that in 2010; maternal mortality rate, early neonatal mortality rate, Neonatal mortality, infant mortality and under-5 mortality decreased by 40.90%, 40.70%, 30.43%, 26.11% and 21.17% respectively. Lanzhou City, women’s screening rate and disease detection rate in 2014 compared with 2010 increased by 31.05% and 4.59%. In 2014, the rate of premarital abortion and the rate of disease detection dropped by 55.04% and 30.64% respectively as compared with that in 2010; the incidence of birth defects in 2014 increased by 40.25% over that of 2010. Conclusion The maternal and child health care in Lanzhou from 2010 to 2014 has been significantly improved.
