在计算压力容器不连续应力方面已做过大量的研究,但是,使压力容器不连续处应力集中最小的形状最优化问题只获得很少成果。本文通过高压管箱锥形过渡段的形状最优化问题,寻求压力容器最优形状的通用方法。在进行结构分析时,采用三角形截面的环状轴对称单元,这种单元的可靠性已用光弹性试验进行验证。在优化的过程中,有限元网格的划分是自动形成的。
Much research has been done on the calculation of discontinuous stresses in pressure vessels, but the shape optimization problem that minimizes stress concentration at the discontinuity of pressure vessels has achieved very little. In this paper, a general method for finding the optimal shape of a pressure vessel is proposed through the shape optimization of the tapered transition section of the high-pressure tube. In the structural analysis, the use of triangular cross-section of the ring axis symmetry unit, the reliability of this unit has been verified by the photoelastic test. In the optimization process, the division of finite element mesh is automatically formed.
