今年,农业部出台的《到2020年化肥使用量零增长行动方案》指出,化肥减量要突出主要作物和重点地区。玉米作为主粮,用肥量大、种植区域广,成为2015年化肥减量的率先试点的作物之一。本刊专访中国农业大学教授张福锁,详细解读东北和黄淮海地区玉米化肥减量增效技术方案,并介绍一种新型化肥减量增效耕作方式——玉米免耕栽培技术。
