70年代以来,社会民主党思想家把波普的批判理性主义确定为他们的改良主义的哲学基础之一,以补充伦理社会主义的不足。这是一个值得注意的动向。该文分析了波普同社民党的关系以及二者分、合的思想前提,并从反历史决定论、开放社会理论和渐进社会工程学几方面对波普哲学和民主社会主义思潮作比较研究,侧重批判反历史决定论的谬误,揭示多元主义和社会改良主义的实质。
Since the 1970s, Social-Democratic thinkers have identified Popper’s critical rationalism as one of the philosophical foundations of their reformism to supplement the deficiencies of ethical socialism. This is a noteworthy trend. This paper analyzes the relationship between Popper and Social Democrats and the ideological premise of the two points, and makes a comparative study of Popper ’s philosophy and democratic socialism from the angles of anti - historical determinism, open social theory and progressive social engineering. It focuses on the fallacy of criticizing anti-historical determinism and reveals the essence of pluralism and social reformism.
