目的:研究胰安肽对糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法:通过建立1、2型糖尿病(T1DM、T2DM)的小鼠模型,观察胰安肽在不同给药途径下对小鼠血糖、胰腺组织、T淋巴细胞增殖以及糖耐量的影响。结果:在T1DM小鼠模型中,各胰安肽给药组血糖值均无显著改变,T细胞体外增殖未见明显抑制,胰腺切片也显示不同程度的组织损失和中性粒细胞浸润;在T2DM小鼠模型中,与模型组比较,仅灌胃胰安肽组血糖值有显著下降(P<0.05),糖耐量有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:不同的给药途径,仅灌胃胰安肽可以对T2DM小鼠产生降糖作用。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of pancreatic peptide on diabetic mice. Methods: The mouse model of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) was established to observe the effects of pancreatic peptide on the blood glucose, pancreatic tissue, T lymphocyte proliferation and glucose tolerance of mice under different administration routes. Results: In the T1DM mouse model, there was no significant change in the blood glucose level of each of the pancreatic-peptide-administered groups, and no significant inhibition of T cell proliferation in vitro. The pancreatic sections also showed different degrees of tissue loss and neutrophil infiltration. In T2DM Compared with the model group, the blood glucose of the mice in the model group was significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the glucose tolerance was significantly improved (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Different administration routes of pancreatic peptide alone can cause hypoglycemic effect on T2DM mice.
