[目的]寻找快速获得整齐一致钩藤苗的方法。[方法]以钩藤当年生枝条和带芽茎段为外植体进行组织培养试验。[结果]最佳芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L,最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA2.0 mg/L+活性炭0.03%。[结论]该研究可为钩藤的产业化生产提供理论与技术支撑。
[Objective] To find a method to get neat hook vine seed quickly. [Method] Tissue culture experiments were conducted with the branches and shoots of Uncaria rhizogenes as explants. [Result] The optimal medium for induction of buds was MS + 6-BA0.2 mg / L + NAA0.1 mg / L + IBA0.2 mg / L, and the best proliferation medium was MS + 6-BA2.0 mg / L + NAA0.2 mg / L, the best rooting medium was 1 / 2MS + NAA2.0 mg / L + 0.03% activated carbon. [Conclusion] This study could provide theoretical and technical support for the industrialization production of Uncaria macrophylla.
