本文将某刀剪厂磨工分为:振动性白指组(27例)、振动无白指组(102例)、单纯噪声组(28例),进行白指期别和末梢感觉异常和痛、触觉改变的调查。结果:手麻、手指针刺样痛,手无力感觉发生率及痛觉,崤试验,两点辨别异常率经统计学处理,振动性白指组与振动无白指组均显著高于噪声对照组。但结果提示:接触振动工人的末梢神经学指标并不能预示白指的发生。其主诉和痛触觉异常也许只说明末梢神经受到损伤。振动引起的末梢血管病变和神经病变是相互独立的疾病。
