由绿脓杆菌引起的恶性外耳道炎好发于患有糖尿病、免疫抑、制贫血或营养不良的病人。可引起广泛的颅内损害、危及生命。传统治疗需长期大剂量全身应用氨基糖苷类和青霉素类抗生素以控制绿脓杆菌并施以外科清创处置。而这既增加了药物的毒理反应,又增添了了患者精神及经济负担。本文报告2例口服环丙氟哌酸治疗恶性耳炎病例。两例均为男性糖尿病患者,年龄为61岁和72岁。因耳痛,流脓,检查发现外耳道有广泛肉芽组织生长。CT 扫描示患侧外耳道、中耳、乳突均有软组织影充填,~(99m)Tc核素扫描示患侧乳突吸收增加。肉芽组织
Malignant otitis media caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa occurs in patients with diabetes, immunosuppression, anemia or malnutrition. Can cause a wide range of intracranial damage, life-threatening.
