用RG-2B血流图仪无创性测定脑神散对大鼠脑血流的改善;整体常压和急性断头缺氧对小鼠存活时间;跳台法、水迷宫法对小鼠学习记忆功能进行了试验研究。结果表明:脑神散能调整、改善大鼠在、右脑血流分布,对小鼠急性脑缺氧亦具有显著性保护,且对40%乙醇干扰小鼠学习记忆能力下降具有增强作用。
Non-invasive determination of Nao Shen San on cerebral blood flow in rats by RG-2B blood flow chart apparatus; overall atmospheric pressure and acute decapitation hypoxia on survival time in mice; step-down method and water maze on learning and memory function in mice A pilot study was conducted. The results showed that Naoshen San can adjust and improve the distribution of blood flow in right and left ventricle of rats, and it also has significant protection against acute cerebral hypoxia in mice. It also has an enhanced effect on the ability of 40% ethanol to interfere with learning and memory.
