随着机械制造工业的发展,需要具有新型结构的切削刀具,以适应零件高精度、高光洁度的要求。在切削加工中,铰削在孔加工中已广泛应用。因此,如何改善铰刀的结构,以提高它的切削性能,就具有十分重要的意义。近年来,我厂研制成功的粘结式硬质合金单刃铰刀(见本期封三广告)是较理想的精加工孔用刀具,它适用于铸铁及钢件的铰削,效果良好、质量稳定。粘结式硬质合金单刃铰刀的主要特点是: (1)刀齿材料采用YT14硬质合金(对于钢件)或D1硬质合金(对于铸铁件),刀体材料采用40Cr钢。刀齿和刀体采用无机粘结固定,结构简单,粘结强度高,且成本低。而机夹可调式铰刀虽然在刀具磨损后能重新调整到原来尺寸,但结构复杂、成本高。
