70年代以来白血病骨髓细胞遗传学研究迅速进展并日益受到重视。大量的研究结果证明,某些特异性染色体改变与白血病FAB分型密切相关,而且已成为临床预测疗效和估计预后的重要指标。有些不同类型的血液恶性疾病,却具有相同的染色体改变,如B细胞型白血病与Burkitts淋巴瘤均具有t(8;14)易位,由此启发人们对这些疾病的本质和细胞起源作进一步研究。
Since the 1970s leukemia bone marrow cytogenetics rapid progress and increasingly attention. A large number of studies have shown that some specific chromosomal changes and leukemia FAB classification is closely related, and has become clinically predictive efficacy and prognosis of an important indicator. Some of the different types of hematological malignancies have the same chromosomal alterations, such as t (8; 14) translocations in both B-cell leukemias and Burkitts lymphomas, thus inspiring further study of the nature of these diseases and their cellular origin .
