目的：分析晚期非小细胞肺癌采用去甲长春花碱加顺铂化疗的疗效。方法：31例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，采用去甲长春花碱（NVB）加顺铂（DDP）联合化疗，进行疗效分析。结果：总有效率58．06％（18／31），完全缓解率9．68（3／31），中位缓解期8个月。本组病人均有不同程度的胃肠道反应和白细胞下降。白细胞下降（Ⅲ+Ⅳ度）占28％；静脉炎为29．03％；未见肾毒性。结论：去甲长春花碱加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌是较好的化疗方案。
Objective: To analyze the efficacy of chemotherapy with norepinephrine plus cisplatin in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Thirty-one patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with vinorelbine (NVB) plus cisplatin (DDP) combined with chemotherapy. Results: The total effective rate was 58.06% (18/31), the complete response rate was 9.68 (3/31), and the median remission period was 8 months. This group of patients have varying degrees of gastrointestinal reactions and leukopenia. Leukopenia (III+IV) accounted for 28%; phlebitis was 29.03%; no nephrotoxicity was seen. Conclusion: Navelbine plus cisplatin combined with chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer is a good chemotherapy regimen.
