基于1989、1999、2009和2015年的遥感影像,利用GIS分析技术、等扇分析法和多元回归分析法,分析了长沙市1989年以来的城市空间扩展的动态变化过程、特征及影响因素。结果表明:①在扩展方式上,长沙市城市空间扩展总体上以“团状+星状”扩展为主,但不同时期具有不同的扩展特点;②在扩展方向上,总体经历了“东南东方向—东南方向—东南、西和东方向”空间转变过程,其城市重心转移距离为1 725.23m;③应用多元回归模型构建长沙市城市空间扩展的驱动力指标评价体系,认为其主要影响因素包括工业化的快速推进、社会经济的快速发展、交通区位条件的引导、国家的政策制度、规划调控、行政区划的调整。
Based on the remote sensing images of 1989, 1999, 2009 and 2015, the paper analyzes the dynamic change process, characteristics and influencing factors of urban space expansion in Changsha City since 1989 with the help of GIS analysis technique, isoparametric analysis method and multiple regression analysis method. The results show as follows: (1) In terms of the mode of expansion, the expansion of urban space in Changsha City is mainly dominated by “cluster + star” but with different expansion characteristics in different periods; Southeast direction - southeast, west and east direction "space, the city center of gravity shift distance is 1 725.23m; ③Multivariate regression model is used to construct the driving force index evaluation system of Changsha city space expansion, and its main Influencing factors include rapid industrialization, rapid socio-economic development, guidance on traffic location conditions, the state’s policy system, planning and control, and adjustment of administrative divisions.
