制备了氧化态石墨烯修饰玻碳电极,并预镀铋膜,采用了示差脉冲溶出伏安法对水中的铅离子含量进行测定,考察了缓冲溶液pH值、沉积电位、沉积时间对铅离子测定的影响。通过实验条件优化,对浓度在0—3.00×10-7mol/L范围内的铅离子进行测定,铅离子浓度与溶出峰面积线性关系良好,检出限是1.00×10-8mol/L。结果表明,方法检测灵敏度高、重现性好,可实现水样中铅离子的快速测定。
