本文介绍S_i~+离子注入等规聚丙烯引起其结晶度以及陷阱电荷变化的一些研究结果。利用能量为55kev,剂量为3×10~(15)/cm~2的S_i~+离子注入等规聚丙烯后,红外分析结果表明材料的红外结晶度下降了33.2%,其立构规整度也下降了23%。利用红外二次镑面反射分析发现,在460cm~(-1)处出现了一条新的谱带。通过TSC测试发现经过离子注入后的材料,其陷阱电荷大幅度地下降,由于陷阱电荷的下降,材料的介电损耗也大幅度地下降。
In this paper, we introduce the results of some studies on the crystallinity and trap charge of S_i ~ + implanted isotactic polypropylene. Infrared analysis results showed that the infrared crystallinity of the material decreased by 33.2% with isotopes of 55 keV and 3 × 10 ~ (15) / cm ~ 2, and its tacticity Down 23%.
