本文是在分析各种抽油设计方法和对油田实际情况进行研究的基础上,提出的一种新的设计抽油参数的方法.其要点是:用压力指数法来预测产量和计算地层压力,用模拟示功图法计算最大、最小负荷和曲柄最大扭矩、电机功率等,用模糊数学中判分的方法优选抽油参数.该法的特点是:方便,计算值误差小,预产值符合率提高,与其他方法相比所设计的抽油参数更符合实际.用此法共设计了461口井,其中自喷井转抽96口,平均单井增油7.7t/d,累积增油9.8×10~4t;生产井调参146口,平均单井增油4.8t/d,累积增油5.3×10~4t,两项共获经济效益1283万元.
This paper presents a new method for designing pumping parameters based on the analysis of various pumping design methods and the actual situation of the oilfield.The key points are: to predict the output and calculate the formation pressure by the pressure index method, The maximum and minimum load, the maximum torque of the crank, the motor power and so on are calculated by simulative dynamometer method, and the pumping parameters are optimized by the method of fuzzy mathematics.The method is characterized by convenience, small error of calculation, coincidence rate of pre-production value Compared with other methods designed pumping parameters more realistic.Using this method a total of 461 wells were designed, of which pumping 96 from the injection well, the average single well oil 7.7t / d, the cumulative increase of 9.8 × 10 ~ 4t; production wells transferred to reference 146, the average single-well oil increase 4.8t / d, the cumulative increase of oil 5.3 × 10 ~ 4t, two total economic benefits of 12.83 million yuan.
