通过有限元强度分析,在双液压缸的作用下观察平板车整体应力强度情况,以保证平板车在工作中起到良好的承载和行走作用。通过ANSYS-Workbench对平板车进行静态强度分析,最终得出结论,在推移和抬底液压缸双推力工况下平板车整体最大应力为247.62 MPa,其安全系数为1.43,均满足强度要求。说明平板车结构设计是准确和可靠的,完全可以满足正常的承载和行走。
Through the strength analysis of finite element, the overall stress intensity of the flatbed truck is observed under the action of the double hydraulic cylinder to ensure the flatbed truck plays a good bearing and walking role in the work. Static strength analysis of the flatbed truck by ANSYS-Workbench concluded that the maximum overall stress of the flatbed truck was 247.62 MPa with a safety factor of 1.43 under the double thrust conditions of the jacking and jacking hydraulic cylinder, all meeting the strength requirements. Description flatbed structure design is accurate and reliable, fully able to meet the normal load and walk.
