目的:了解消化道溃疡肠上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)的转化及IFNγ的分泌能力。方法:利用水浸限制刺激诱发的小鼠消化道应激溃疡动物模型,采用〔3 H〕TdR掺入法和ELISA法分别检测IEL的体外转化能力和IFNγ的分泌水平。结果:给予小鼠水浸限制刺激诱发消化道溃疡后3 d,IEL对有丝分裂原ConA刺激的体外转化能力最强,刺激指数为1.15,1 周后降至正常。此时,IFNγ的分泌水平也最高,第6 天尚未恢复到正常水平。结论:在应激性消化道溃疡发生后,IEL以其增强转化能力和细胞因子分泌水平对机体起到免疫保护作用
Objective: To understand the transformation of intestinal epithelial lymphocytes (IEL) and secretion of IFNγ in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods: Animal models of digestive tract stress ulcer induced by water immersion were used in this study. The in vitro transformation ability and IFNγ secretion of IEL were detected by [3 H] TdR incorporation and ELISA. RESULTS: Three days after inoculation of peptic ulcer in mice, the ability of IEL to transform to mitogen ConA was the strongest in vitro. The stimulus index was 1.15 and returned to normal after 1 week. At this time, IFNγ secretion level is also the highest, the first 6 days has not returned to normal levels. Conclusion: After stress peptic ulcer, IEL play an immune protective role on the body by its enhanced transforming ability and cytokine secretion
