对领导活动基本规律的探讨已成为领导科学研究中的一个难点。对其探讨,不仅关系到学科的建设,而且关系到领导者能否自觉地进行领导活动,因此,这不仅是领导科学研究中的一个重大理论问题,也是不能忽视的实际问题。目前,探讨者们作了许多努力,分别从不同的角度作了探讨。笔者认为,探讨领导活动的基本规律首先应明确其理论前提和方法论问题,同时还应建立相关的其它条件。
The discussion of the basic rules of leadership has become a difficult point in leading scientific research. The discussion is not only related to the discipline construction, but also to whether the leaders can consciously carry out leadership activities. Therefore, this is not only a major theoretical issue in leading scientific research, but also an actual problem that can not be ignored. At present, many discussions have been made by the explorers from different angles. The author believes that to explore the basic rules of leadership activities should first clear the theoretical premises and methodological issues, but should also establish other relevant conditions.
