Iq7611是一中草药抗癌有效成分,并具有放射增敏作用。本文应用显微分光光度术研究Iq7611对EAC细胞周期的影响,证明Iq7611为一周期特异药物,使EAC细胞G_1→S期的进行受阻,细胞在G_1期堆积。本结果可望为本品在临床放、化疗增敏及给药方案提供一定指导。
Iq7611 is a Chinese herbal medicine anticancer active ingredient and has a radiosensitizing effect. In this paper, microscopic spectrophotometry was used to study the effect of Iq7611 on cell cycle of EAC. It was proved that Iq7611 is a cycle-specific drug that blocks the G1→S phase of EAC cells and cells accumulate at G1 phase. This result is expected to provide some guidance for this product in the clinical release, chemotherapy sensitization and dosing regimen.
