近年来,市场对镀锌带钢板形的要求愈来愈高。为了适应这种形势的发展,威尔顿钢厂在其5号镀锌生产线上增设了一台藉以微信息处理机控制的张力平整机。用该机可生产出厚度为0.38~1.4毫米,最大宽度为1220毫米的极平直带钢。结果表明,由于有效解决了带钢板形质量问题,降低了产品成本,从而不仅维持了老用户的长期往来关系,而且还招来了大批新的用户。在设备安装期间,为了尽可能减少停产时间,在新生产线上方搭了一条架空过钢通路。这样,仅停产三天时间便使该机投入运行。
In recent years, the market demand for galvanized steel strip shape is getting higher and higher. In order to adapt to the development of this situation, Weldon Steel added a tensioning machine controlled by a microprocessor to its No. 5 galvanizing line. With this machine can produce a thickness of 0.38 to 1.4 mm, the maximum width of 1220 mm flat straight strip. The results show that, due to the effective solution to the strip sheet quality problems, reducing product costs, thus not only maintaining the long-term relationship between the old users, but also attracted a large number of new users. During equipment installation, to minimize downtime, an overhead steel access was made above the new line. In this way, only shut down for three days to put the aircraft into operation.
