目的研究前列地尔联合肾衰宁胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,旨在提高临床疗效、改善肾功能和患者生活质量、延缓疾病进展。方法随机抽取78例糖尿病肾病者且参考随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。两组患者均予以饮食控制、血糖控制、血压控制、调节血脂等,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合前列地尔注射液以及肾衰宁胶囊;同时对两组患者治疗效果、肾功能改善以及生存质量评分进行观察和对比。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组(P<0.05);尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)以及β2-微球蛋白水平改善优于对照组(P<0.05);肾病所致的生活负担、社交质量、症状与不适、肾病对患者的日常生活影响以及睡眠质量、工作状况评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液联合肾衰宁胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病效果颇佳,是一种较为理想的联合用药方法,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of alprostadil in combination with Shenshuaining capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in order to improve clinical efficacy, improve renal function and quality of life of patients, and delay the progression of the disease. Methods 78 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The two groups were given diet control, blood glucose control, blood pressure control, blood lipid regulation, the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment with alprostadil injection and Kidney Capsule; the same time, the two groups of patients with treatment, improvement of renal function and survival Quality scores were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%, which was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of BUN, Scr and β2-microglobulin was better than that of the control group (P <0.05) The burden of living, social quality, symptoms and discomfort, the impact of nephropathy on the daily life of patients and the quality of sleep, work conditions score higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil injection combined with Shenshuaining capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is quite good, is an ideal combination therapy, it is worth promoting.
