工程索赔是一项知识和技术面很广,复杂而又系统性很强的工作,不但要善于发现和把握索赔机会,还要善于收集与整理索赔有关依据和资料。随着建筑工程招投标制度的不断完善,索赔工作也逐渐步入正常轨道,只要充分理解施工图纸、技术规范,合理安排施工组织,正确履行与业主签订的合同协议和各项往来性文件,注意收集证据资料。笔者认为按照依合同、重证据、讲技巧、树信誉的原则,及时、准确、严格地按照程序进行索赔工作,就一定能从索赔中获得效益。
