课型:高中体育运动教学课.教学目的与任务1、通过教学,使学生正确掌握蹲踞式起跑技术要领和起跑后的加速跑.2、发展学生的快速反应能力和加速跑的能力.3、培养学生勇敢、顽强的拼搏精神和听从指挥遵守纪律的好习惯.教学重点:(1)起跑姿势;(2)快速蹬摆起动、加速.教学难点:(1)提臀,重心前移;(2)疾跑中的三个“逐渐”.场地器材:篮球场约2个,实心球20个,录音机1台,挂图1幅,小黑板1块粉笔,短绳41根.教学过程:一、导入新课.

Venue equipment: about 2 basketball courts, 20 solid balls, 1 tape recorder, 1 wall chart, 1 chalk board, 41 short lanyards. Teaching process: 1. Import new lessons.
