为开发钨铬合金白口铸铁轧辊的新型材料,对在外约束条件下的热疲劳行为进行了研究.结果表明,影响其外约束热疲劳抗力的主要因素是屈服温度和强度,屈服温度越高,屈服强度越大,热疲劳抗力越大;随着循环上限温度的升高,产生的塑性变形越大,随着拉应力达到循环稳定所需次数的增多,热疲劳抗力下降,且钨铬合金的热疲劳断口呈解理断裂特征.
In order to develop a new type of tungsten-chromium alloy white cast iron roll, the thermal fatigue behavior under external restraint conditions was studied. The results show that the main factors affecting the thermal fatigue resistance of the outer restraint are the yield temperature and the strength. The higher the yield temperature, the higher the yield strength, the greater the thermal fatigue resistance. With the increase of the upper limit temperature, the greater the plastic deformation , The thermal fatigue resistance decreases with the increase of the number of times required to achieve cyclic stability of the tensile stress, and the thermal fatigue fracture of the tungsten-chromium alloy is characterized by cleavage and fracture.
