The knowledge team has the characteristics of relatively high quality and strong knowledge. This article explores ways to maintain the team’s development and common prosperity through sharing confidence, communicating information and nurturing trust, participating in the win-win situation of sharing and cooperation so as to realize the harmonious management of the organization.
