设计了多种特殊结构的狭缝通道热虹吸溶液提升管 ,并对其进行了溶液加热及溶液提升效能的测试 .实验结果表明 :狭缝通道管具有启动温度低 (最低达 6 8℃ )、运行温度范围大 (6 8~ 90℃ )及对真空度要求不高 (10kPa以下 )等显著特点 ;在合适的通道面积条件下 ,溶液的提升量、冷剂水的产量随运行温度的升高而提高 .对影响提升管效能的其他因素也进行了分析及讨论 .
A variety of special structures of slit-channel thermosyphon solution risers were designed and tested by solution heating and solution lift.The experimental results show that the slit channel tube has the advantages of low starting temperature (up to 68 ℃) (6 8 ~ 90 ℃) and less demanding on the vacuum (less than 10kPa). Under the condition of suitable channel area, the increase of the solution and the increase of the yield of the refrigerant water with the increase of the operating temperature But also to improve the performance of the other factors that affect the performance of the pipe also analyzed and discussed.
