腮腺淋巴瘤相当少见,是淋巴组织细胞的瘤变,分非何杰金氏淋巴瘤和何杰金氏病两类。作者对15年间接受腮腺手术的452例患者分析,发现18例为腮腺淋巴瘤,男12例,女6例。其中16例诊断为原发性非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL),其中两例不能排除经治疗过的淋巴瘤复发,1例患过何杰金氏病(HD),另一例患过Waldeyer氏环NHL。18例中8例有自体免疫病史。其中4例为类风湿性关节炎,2例有sjgren氏综合征,1例为类风湿
Parotid lymphoma is quite rare, lymphoid tissue neoplasia, sub-non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and Hodgkin's disease two categories. The authors analyzed 452 patients undergoing parotid surgery in 15 years and found 18 patients with parotid lymphoma, 12 males and 6 females. 16 of them were diagnosed as primary non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHLs), two of which could not rule out recurrence of treated lymphoma, one had Hodgkin's disease (HD) and the other had Waldeyer Ring NHL. Eighteen of 18 patients had a history of autoimmune disease. Four of them were rheumatoid arthritis, two had sjgren's syndrome and one had rheumatoid arthritis
