为了监控过程中的方便快捷,常会略去设计参数敏感性分析及其修正过程,导致灰色理论模型调整施工误差时不能符合预测要求,需要对该模型进行改进。将马尔科夫链应用于预测误差的残差序列中,对该序列再预测。结合日兰高速公路梁山连接线郓城新河大桥主桥施工控制的具体实践,通过模型计算的预测值与实测值进行对比,应用马尔科夫残差GM(1,1)修正预测误差。分析结果表明:该方法在施工控制中安全可行,该实际工程满足合龙精度的要求,成桥线形逼近设计线形。
In order to monitor the process of convenient and quick, often omit the sensitivity of the design parameters and its correction process, resulting in the gray theory model to adjust the construction error can not meet the prediction requirements, the model needs to be improved. The Markov chain is applied to the residual sequence of the prediction error and the sequence is predicted again. Combining with the practice of the construction control of the main bridge of Tancheng New River Bridge on the Liangshan connecting line of Janglan Expressway, the predicted value calculated by the model is compared with the measured value, and the prediction error is corrected by Markov Residual GM (1,1). The analysis results show that this method is safe and feasible in construction control, and the actual project meets the requirements of closing accuracy.
