目的 :观察定心方的减肥作用。方法 :通过肥胖模型小鼠 ,设组进行观察。结果 :与阳性对照组与空白对照组比较 ,定心方组降小鼠体重与脂肪作用均优于其他组。结论 :定心方水提液能明显减轻单纯肥胖模型小鼠体重及减少模型小鼠腹部脂肪量
Objective: To observe the effect of Ding Xin Fang on weight loss. Methods: Obese mice were used to set up observations. Results :Compared with the positive control group and the blank control group, the Dingxin Formula group had lower weight and fat than the other groups. Conclusion: Dingxinfang water extract can significantly reduce body weight in obese model mice and reduce abdominal fat in model mice.
