目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA加硝酸甘油对肺心病顽固性心衰的治疗作用。方法:将74例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。37例治疗组患者经常规抗心衰治疗无效后,采用丹参酮ⅡA加硝酸甘油给予静滴治疗一周。结果:37例治疗组患者总有效率94.5%,优于对照组。结论:丹参酮ⅡA加硝酸甘油治疗肺心病顽固性心衰疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A plus nitroglycerin on refractory heart failure of pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 74 cases of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 37 patients in the treatment group after conventional anti-heart failure treatment is invalid, the use of tanshinone Ⅱ A plus nitroglycerin for intravenous infusion for a week. Results: The total effective rate of the 37 treatment groups was 94.5%, which was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Tanshinone Ⅱ A plus nitroglycerin is effective in treating refractory heart failure of pulmonary heart disease.
