教育专家波兰尼认为:教育中隐性知识和显性知识之间的差距在于知识转移的强度。很明显显性知识比隐性知识更具备转移的方便性。小学音乐课程中,培养学生终身学习音乐的习惯,构建音乐能力的基础是当前的主要教育标准。通过对音乐显性知识和隐性知识特性的分析,并结合实际教学操作,找出如何将隐性知识显性化的教学策略,以便更好地促进小学音乐教学的进步。
Polanyi education experts believe that: the difference between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in education lies in the intensity of knowledge transfer. Obviously explicit knowledge is more transferable than tacit knowledge. Primary music courses, students learn the habits of music for life, to build the basis of musical ability is the current main education standards. Through the analysis of the characteristics of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of music, combined with the actual teaching operation, find out how to tacit tacit knowledge of teaching strategies in order to better promote the progress of primary music teaching.
