本文的内容主要是研究涂层硬质合金刀具与未涂层刀具的切削力对比。同时研究它们前刀面上摩擦系数的对此及切屑变形系数的对比,借以解释涂层刀具切削力减小的原因。研究表明,TiC涂层刀片的单位切削力比未涂层刀片降低3~4%,TiN涂层和TiC/TiN涂层刀片的单位切削力降低6~9%。涂层刀具与切屑间的摩擦系数及切屑变形系数均相应减小。随着切削时间的延长,涂层、未涂层刀具的切削力的差距进一步加大。本文研究结果将有助于涂层硬质合金刀具的推广和应用。
The main content of this paper is to study the cutting force of coated carbide tools and uncoated tools. At the same time, the friction coefficient of the rake face and the deformation coefficient of the chip are compared to explain the reason why the cutting force of the coated cutter decreases. The results show that the unit cutting force of TiC coated inserts is reduced by 3-4% compared with uncoated inserts, and the unit cutting force of TiN coating and TiC / TiN coated inserts is reduced by 6-9%. The coefficient of friction between the coated tool and the chip and the chip deformation coefficient are reduced accordingly. With the extension of cutting time, the gap between cutting force of coated and uncoated cutting tools is further increased. The results of this paper will contribute to the promotion and application of coated cemented carbide tools.
