本文以Nakaya 氏之水平面QRS环偏前(Prominent anterior of QRS orce,简称PAF)的诊断标准,在1262例常规检查心电向量图中,有27例诊断为左中隔支传导阻滞。对其心电向量图与心电图做一分析。提出水平面QRS环诊断标准。2/3总面积指向左前方>30°或>45°。水平面QRS环的5 ms向量在+98°～110°。10ms向量在+89°～77°。T环方位在+38°～46。。QRS-T夹角在+17～22。。
