目的探讨气道倒Y型自膨胀式金属内支架治疗气管、隆突和双主支气管复合狭窄的可行性和疗效。方法根据气道复合狭窄的特殊解剖结构与病变特点,设计气道倒Y型一体化自膨胀式金属内支架。X线监视下,对7例重度呼吸困难的气道复合狭窄患者置入7枚气道倒Y型一体化内支架。结果内支架均一次性置入成功,所有患者置入内支架后呼吸困难即刻缓解,生活质量提高。结论气道倒Y型一体化自膨胀式金属内支架能有效解除气道复合性狭窄,技术可行,操作简单、安全、近期疗效可靠,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of airway inverted Y-shaped self-expanding metal stent in the treatment of tracheal, carina and double main bronchial stenosis. Methods According to the special anatomy and lesion characteristics of airway stenosis, airway inverted Y-shaped self-expanding metal stent was designed. Under the X-ray monitoring, seven airway inverted Y-shaped integrated stents were placed in seven patients with severe respiratory distress syndrome. Results All the stents were successfully implanted in one time. All patients were relieved of breathing difficulty immediately after they were placed in the stents, and their quality of life improved. Conclusion Airway inverted Y-shaped self-expanding metal stent can effectively relieve airway complex stenosis, the technology is feasible, simple, safe and reliable curative effect in the near future, and it is worth further promotion and application.
