针对新疆2008年的特大旱情,利用多时相SPOT遥感数据计算近10年新疆距平植被指数(DVI),揭示新疆2008年7月下旬旱情发生的范围和强度,并结合新疆气象站点数据检验其监测结果。结果表明:利用SPOT VGT数据能够较准确地监测出新疆干旱的发生范围和程度,其结果与气象部门旱情统计相吻合;同传统地面监测比较,该方法克服了单点的空间局限,能快速、便捷提取干旱的详细空间分布,在干旱动态监测业务中具有较强的实用性。
According to the severe drought in Xinjiang in 2008, the multi-temporal SPOT remote sensing data was used to calculate the DVI of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in recent 10 years. The range and intensity of the drought in Xinjiang in late July 2008 were also revealed. The monitoring data of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region result. The results showed that the use of SPOT VGT data could accurately monitor the extent and extent of drought in Xinjiang and the results were consistent with the drought statistics of meteorological department. Compared with the traditional ground monitoring, this method overcomes the single point spatial limitation, It is convenient to extract the detailed spatial distribution of drought and has strong practicability in the dynamic monitoring of drought.
