我车间生产先张预应力短向圆孔板时,采用φ5低碳冷拔钢丝和模外成组张拉工艺。过去预应力筋的放张是使用钢丝剪子,劳动强度大,生产效率低,操作不方便,特别是当剪断处于钢模阴角的钢丝时,更加困难。而且一把剪子通常只能使用两个月,在此期间还要更换几次剪刃(一把钢丝剪价值36元,一对剪刃价值11元)。车间操作工人在生产过程中,不断总结经验,利用厂内的钢筋料头,创造了一种简便的放张搬子(图1)。根据φ5冷拔钢丝在钢模上拉紧后的特性,可用这种小工具把钢丝撬断(图2)。使用放张搬子放张,虽然仍需手工操作,但和使用钢丝剪子比较,劳动强度低,操作方便,约可提高工效两倍。而且一把放张搬子
When the workshop produced pre-tensioned short-to-round circular orifice plates, the φ5 low-carbon cold drawn steel wire and the out-mold group tensioning process were used. In the past, the use of steel wire scissors for the release of prestressed tendons resulted in high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and inconvenient operation, especially when shearing the steel wire at the inner corners of steel molds. Moreover, a pair of scissors can only be used for two months. In the meantime, several shearing blades must be replaced (a value of 36 yuan for a wire cutter and 11 yuan for a pair of scissors). Workers in the workshop constantly sum up experience in the production process and use the steel material heads in the factory to create a simple and easy-to-handle operation (Figure 1). According to the characteristics of the φ5 cold-drawing steel wire after being tensioned on the steel mold, the steel wire can be broken by this small tool (Figure 2). Although it is still necessary to manually use the release sheet, the use of wire scissors is less labor-intensive and easier to operate, and it can improve work efficiency by approximately twice.
