缓冲材料的性能要求有多种,但作为首要的就是冲击能量吸收性,表征某种缓冲材料能量吸收的状况就用静、动态特性曲线。包装设计师的主要任务之一在于准确、合理地选用这些曲线,否则,保护产品、降低成本的目的就很难达到。缓冲材料静态特性曲线,制作方便,不需要复杂的设备,并可获得与包装物在存放期间相比拟的性质。
There are many performance requirements for cushioning materials, but the most important one is impact energy absorption. The static and dynamic characteristics of a cushioning material can be characterized by its energy absorption. One of the main tasks of the packaging designer is to select these curves accurately and reasonably. Otherwise, the purpose of protecting the product and reducing the cost is hard to achieve. The cushioning material has a static characteristic curve, is easy to manufacture, does not require complicated equipment, and achieves comparable properties to the package during storage.
