目的:观察功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠幽门括约肌乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)表达的变化,探讨枳术饮对其干预作用。方法:采用大鼠胃电节律失常模型,应用免疫组织化学方法检测幽门括约肌AchE、NOS阳性神经元表达的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠幽门括约肌AchE及NOS的阳性神经元表达明显减少(P<0.01),枳术饮组及西沙比利组较模型组明显升高(P<0.01~0.05)。结论:枳术饮的干预作用可能通过增加幽门括约肌乙酰胆碱(Ach)表达,减少一氧化氮(NO)过度释放,以调节幽门括约肌的运动功能,增加胃动力。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) expression in the pyloric sphincter of functional dyspepsia (FD) rats and to investigate the effect of Qizhuyin on its intervention. Methods: The rat gastric electrophysiological arrhythmia model was used to detect the expression of AchE and NOS positive neurons in the pyloric sphincter by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with the normal group, the expression of AchE and NOS positive neurons in the pyloric sphincter of the model group was significantly reduced (P<0.01), and the Qishuyin group and cisapride group were significantly higher than the model group (P<0.01~0.05). ). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Qizhuyin may increase the expression of acetylcholine (Ach) in the pyloric sphincter and reduce the excessive release of nitric oxide (NO) to regulate the motor function of the pyloric sphincter and increase the gastric motility.
