1前言 我公司系铜冶炼企业,冶炼中产生的烟气用于制造硫酸。年产粗钢1万吨、电解铜2万吨、硫酸3.4万吨,为耗能大户。所属硫酸分厂的干吸工序有两个温度需要控制,如图1所示。干燥酸温控制在40℃以下,吸收酸温控制在60℃上下,用循环水冷通过管外壁冷却的办法实现
1 Introduction My company is a copper smelting business, smelting flue gas used in the manufacture of sulfuric acid. Annual output of 10,000 tons of crude steel, electrolytic copper 20000 tons, sulfuric acid 34000 tons, for energy-hungry. Sulfuric acid plant under the dry suction process has two temperature needs to be controlled, as shown in Figure 1. Dry acid temperature control below 40 ℃, absorption acid temperature control at 60 ℃ up and down, with circulating water cooling through the outer wall of the tube cooling method
