目的探究与分析饮食护理在胃大部切除术患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的78例胃大部切除术患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予普通常规护理,观察组给予饮食护理,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对胃大部切除术患者采取饮食护理可显著提高患者胃部功能,促进其身体恢复速度,可作为一种理想方法应用于临床工作中。“,”Objective To explore and analyze the diet nursing care in the clinical application value of subtotal gastrectomy patients. Methods Selection of patients, most of our hospital 78 cases of gastric resection to random number table method was divided into control group and observation group, control group given ordinary routine nursing care, observation group was given diet care, compared the clinical ef ect of two groups of patients. Results Total ef ective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion In patients with stomach was take diet nursing care can significantly improve patients with stomach function, promote the recovery speed, can be used as a kind of ideal method used in the clinical work.
