21世纪是追求幸福的世纪,国家的富裕强大和社会大众丰富的精神文化生活是我们经济发展的根本目的。所谓以人为本的科学发展观和建设社会主义和谐社会,其最终的落脚点都是为了增加人民的福祉,提高大众的精神文化生活程度。由此,我国当前经济的快速发展不仅仅是在现代化过程中对物质形态的追求,更是一种传统生活结构的破除和现代生活体系的重建过程,在这一过程中,社会大众尤其是普通居民的精神文化生活现状和发展趋势值得我们调查研究。
The 21st century is the century for the pursuit of happiness. The country’s affluent strength and rich spiritual and cultural life of the general public are the fundamental purposes of our economic development. The so-called people-oriented scientific concept of development and building a socialist harmonious society, the ultimate goal is to increase the well-being of the people, improve the spiritual and cultural life of the public. Therefore, the rapid economic development in our country is not only the pursuit of material form in the process of modernization, but also the elimination of the traditional living structure and the reconstruction of the modern living system. In this process, the general public, especially the ordinary Residents of the spiritual and cultural life status and development trend worth our investigation.
